San Diego Real Estate
Selling Your San Diego Home
When
selling your home, there are no guarantees that a buyer will simply
walk through the front door. In many cases you may have to bring
your home to the buyer.
Effective marketing will help ensure that
your property receives maximum exposure to attract a ready, willing
and able buyer. If youre considering selling, I will guide you
through every aspect of the sale of your home from the original
listing to the final closing.
To begin, I will research the local market and prepare a
Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) which will
determine the fair market value of your property. Next, taking into
consideration your individual needs, I will create a custom-tailored
marketing strategy designed to get you the best possible price in
the shortest amount of time.
Although each plan is custom suited to the client
and their home, my plans typically include multi-media exposure such
as direct-mail advertising, internet and newspaper advertising, open
houses, networking and cross-marketing with my personal database.
After our initial meeting, I will take as much
time as is needed to go over all of the necessary forms and what if
anything needs to be done to make your property ready to be put on
the market.
If youre thinking of selling or would just like a complimentary CMA
of your propertys market value, please take a moment to

Seller's Tips "You have 8 seconds to make a good
impression"
When you live in a home, your first concern is for your own
comfort. When you sell your home, your first concern is how
Buyers will view your home. First impressions are critical; you
want your home to appeal to as many buyers as possible.
Preparation is key in making a dramatic difference in how
quickly your home will sell, and what price you obtain. I will
develop a plan to stage your home to look its best. To get
ready, look around and consider:
- Manicure the front lawn and keep the sidewalks and
driveway swept clean
- Add color to the yard with flowers for maximum curb
appeal
- Trim trees and shrubs
- Install higher wattage light bulbs throughout the house
to make rooms warmer and brighter
- Clean kitchen counters, including small appliances
